Attached to the Sales Manager, you bring the best solution to your customer, by phone and email
Your main mission is to identify needs, advise and provide solutions, adapted and personalized to your customers, according to the corresponding product range.
In this context, you are in charge of: Management of incoming and outgoing calls The proposal for a complete solution / Customer loyalty and satisfaction (telephone inquiries, invitations to company events, etc.) Customer follow-up (reminders of quotes, reminders of late deliveries, support ) and dispute management.
Coming from a Bac to Bac + 2 level training in Commerce, you have previous experience in selling to individuals by telephone. Réactif.ve, you will be able to manage a large volume of incoming calls.
You are comfortable with sales and negotiation techniques. You are recognized for your commercial combativeness and your increased sense of service. You like to work in a team in a dynamic environment.
